The amount of $99.00 (plus $11.00 if you have chosen the fax or e-mail
update option) will be charged to the credit card information you provide

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to the following policy conditions: This agreement, hereinafter called policy, is
good for 2 (TWO) months service at Rentmart. During this time, Rentmart agrees to supply the policy holder with information
gathered on rental properties in the Columbia, SC area. The fees paid to Rentmart are for the right to access the information
on rentals and has no bearings whether or not you choose to rent any property contained in the information provided to you.
Although effort is made to update daily and keep listings current, no guarantee is made that listings are available when given
to holder. Rentmart offers no guarantee that any listings on file are exclusive to its service. It is the client's responsibility to
determine if the unit conforms to local by-laws and zoning. Rentmart does not personally inspect the properties on file.
Rentmart does not rate the quality of the properties on file to personal taste or offer any opinion as to condition. Rentmart
takes every precaution, but shall not be responsible for mistakes or incorrect information which may be provided by the
property owner. This service does not provide for the showing of rental property or the negotiation and writing of rental
contracts, but Rentmart may receIve a fee from some listings. Abuses or unauthorized uses of Rentmart services terminates
this policy. No warranties express or implied other than as stated herein are made. Rentmart is not responsible for losses of
any nature whatsoever. Policy is non-assignable and non-transferable. If holder has not been in touch for 14 (fourteen) days,
or is changing listings requirements, holder must reactivate the policy in person at the office. In the event of loss of policy,
Rentmart must be notified and a $11.00 replacement charge made. Policy remains the property of the Company and must
be surrendered on demand. It is the clients responsibility to keep in touch with our office by phone or in person on a daily
basis for new updates. The $99.00 fee for the service is non-refundable.
